Users agree to comply with the terms of the applicable open-source license and acknowledge that DeVest Finance does not claim any rights to the deployed smart contracts.
Limitation of Liability for Deployed Products
We provide the DeVest Platform for smart contract deployment as a tool for users. However, we assume no liability for the products (smart contracts) that users deploy through our Service. Users are fully responsible for their deployed products, including any legal or regulatory compliance issues that may arise from their use or functionality.
Right to Detach Products and Terminate Services
We reserve the right to detach, disconnect, or terminate any product (smart contract) deployed via the DeVest Platform from our Service without liability if we determine, in our sole discretion, that the product violates our Terms of Service, any applicable laws, or third-party rights. This includes the right to cease providing any services or benefits, including the cessation of tax collection on behalf of the product, without notice or liability.
Ownership and Rights
Upon deployment through the DeVest Platform, you ("You" or "Your") become the sole owner of the smart contract ("Smart Contract"), with exclusive rights to modify, use, and distribute it under the terms of the specified open-source license and applicable laws.
Open-Source Licensing
The Smart Contracts are made available on an open-source basis, meaning you have the freedom to use, modify, and share them. However, it is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the license terms.
No Endorsement or Liability
We do not endorse or assume liability for content or transactions facilitated by the Smart Contracts. Users are solely responsible for their Smart Contracts' compliance with legal standards.
Representation and Warranty
You warrant that your Smart Contracts will not infringe on any third party's rights and agree to indemnify DeVest Finance against any legal claims related to your Smart Contracts.
